  1. So true! A cousin of mine told me one time when I was discouraged to take out a sheet of paper. On one side, write down all of my worries and frustrations. On the other side write down every single little thing I could think of that I was thankful for…blessings. This is such a healing exercise! Then after writing I would end up singing the old hymn “Count your blessings.”
