  1. One of my goals when the sun rises is always to make as many people as I can smile! God has blessed me to smile each day just thinking of Him…so I try to share that same bliss with all! Awesome post my sister…spiritual hugs and blessings always!

  2. Great good word! When I finally “got it” in March 2011, that I had a choice about being happy and grateful–that was the Key which unlocked some seriously heavy life-long chains. Life is rarely perfect, but there’s a blessing–even a little one–if we look around with the eyes of our heart, open to see. God bless you BIG.

    1. You are way ahead of me, my dear .. I’m juuuuust realizing it. I used to blame other people or bad circumstances for my attitude – feel sorry for myself. Well, I now know that’s not the way it works. You are so right about there always being a blessing in things 🙂

      1. Oh I suspect you’re much younger in years than I, dear heart–I was a ripe 59 before I caught the revelation. But, what God taught me to say is, “Better late than never!” No use in regretting that I wasn’t smarter, younger–I’ll just celebrate every day from here on out–and keep learning from HIM.

  3. Wow Ericka, this is truly inspirational, raw, and touching. You are like the sunshine after the rain, your words are like a breath of fresh air. Thank you and may God’s blessings continue to rain upon you each and every day.

  4. Hi Ericka, For starters, I love your title! Then your first quote is awesome, but then they all are. I feel like I’m sighing after reading each one! Hope you are well and thanks for all your visits!
